TWO TYPES OF RELATIONSHIPS

There are two types of relationships;

One that will lead to marriage and the one that will not/doesn’t lead to marriage. The later I term KILL BOREDOM RELATIONSHIP.

Some of these kill boredom relationship gets to marriage but then the persons involved ends up enduring marriage instead of enjoying marriage which is the desire of many.

How do I tell my relationship is kill boredom? You might ask;

Often times you don’t know until you are out of it. But then there are signs that indicate you are only killing boredom in your relationship. Some of the signs I have been able to list out includes;

1.     A kill boredom relationship is one that has no blue print i.e no plan just flowing with the tide

2.     Kill boredom relationship is one that both of you know that in 2 – 3 years time there is no marriage in view

3.     Kill boredom relationship is one that has too many breakup and makeup stories

4.     Kill boredom relationship is one you know it’s not working but you are stuck to it probably because you don’t want to be the one to breakup so you won’t be termed the heartbreaker or because you are holding on to something vain.

5.     Kill boredom relationship is one that has a partner as the sole sustainer i.e one partner does the calling, texting, apologizing, praying, planning and so on

6.     Kill boredom relationship is one that almost everybody tells you how toxic it is but only you see a perfect relationship

7.     Kill boredom relationship is one that operates like an autocratic system of government. A sole dictator, a military ruler; the person decides what goes on in the relationship. Who to call, who to play with, when to go out, when to come in and so on

8.     Kill boredom relationship is one in which important variables such as Religion, Tribe, Customs, Age, family etc. are pointing to the negative but you tell yourselves that when we get to the bridge we will cross it.(this is Africa)

9.     Kill boredom relationship is when you settle after a quarrel but refused to address the cause of the quarrel

10. Kill boredom relationship is one in which the people involve have different priority; example; for one money before family while the other family before money

                       Above all kill boredom relationship is that relationship where one person is the LOVER and the LOVEE
